I crossed some pretty scary bridges like that during my stint in the Himalayas a long time ago.
All that wooden planking to walk on, and the fencing on the sides, would have been very comforting :-)

I could imagine how you feel that! When I got that kind of experience I had to use both legs and hands to cross the bridge! (That's my 4 wheel drives)
I didn't look down... coz I won't be the craziest among other hikers :D
