In the world of trading there are 2 main analytical methods used in nine trading decisions, Technical and Fundamental. What are the differences between technical and fundamental analysis? If explained in a short language then:
Technical, graphical pattern analysis of price movements aimed at the analysis of price trends Fundamental, fair value determination that will be compared with market price.
Analysis is a tool in decision making, every trader has its own strategy which may be different from the way I write in this article. The writing in this article is my personal way of making decisions.
DIFFERENCE OF TECHNICAL AND FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS
In technical analysis, data sources analyzed are past performance on price movements and trading volumes.
In the fundamental analysis seen is the intrinsic value. If in the world of stock trading, then the analyzed is the company's financial statements, corporate assets, and so forth. But in the world of cryptocurrency we see whether a coin has good market capacity, development by a reliable team, events related to the coin, has support from the community, and so forth.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
There are no specific differences in technical analysis in the world of trading, whether in Stocks, Forex, Crypto, it's all the same. Therefore, many trading websites such as Investing.com, Bitcoinforecast.com provide technical analysis for free.
Long-term technical analysis is not difficult, we can see BTC price movement within 1 year.
It does not take a genius to know that the current Bitcoin price trend is very very bullish (upward price trend). So if you are trading long-term all you have to do is Buy and Hold
Then for short term analysis, Market cryptocurrency is very volatile (unstable) so it is difficult to know the price trend in short-term.
