What to start my first post on Steem not by introducing myself but to talk about Blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
As Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency, and by far the most stable compared to gold; there are many more which have been created since.
The issue is: you have bought some Bitcoin, but what other cryptocurrencies to buy? How to choose them?
Ethereum is the second most holding cryptocurrencies, but Ethereum has challengers, stablecoins such as Tether USDT or Circle USDC.
What about Tron, Stellar Lumens and Dai? Sometimes, to build a portfolio, we have to look at projects and values. Stellar Lumens and Tron have a small value, but a better market capitalization such as Ripple.
In time of crisis, some prefers to buy cryptocurrencies with high value and high market capitalization like Chainlink,Tezos and Dash.
To conclude,the diversification of a cryptocurrencies portfolio depends on choices. Do we prefer to have many XLM or few BTC? Beyond this thought, the most important is to think about gains and have a vision for our portfolio.
