Description: We have discovered a critical hardware problem on a server located in our New York City data center. As we take the server offline and replace the hardware, your VPS service will be shutdown and inaccessible for up to 40 minutes during the time period 2:50pm - 3:50pm (US Eastern Time). If necessary to shut down, we will ensure that your VPS is safely powered off, and verify that internet connectivity is restored after rebooting.
We believe this issue has caused multiple crashes and unexpected periods of downtime over the past 7 days. We sincerely apologize for the disruption to your hosted service, and any inconvenience caused by the downtime. This repair is intended to fully resolve this issue, and provide stable uptime going forward.
