It is 8 days old, Steemit doesn't allow votes past 6 days 12 hours and we stop voting at 6 days and 8 hours due to the 2 hr 40 minute voting windows.

see the window time is over.....but still u r not upvoting and this is not fair, that means its not automatic and based on the bids the upvotes are manipulated, like when the bid is more u upvote and when the bid is less u pause it and wait for more bids which is unethical.
Steemit has been having tons of problems today and multiple node failures. I took down the bot when I noticed it wasn't bidding and changed some of the nodes to more private unknown ones and it came back upvoting. The window got skewed by a few minutes, but I cannot control how the nodes behave. Steemit.com has been down a lot today and many services are failing as a result of the nodes.
There is nothing unethical going on, I'm busting my ass to provide a quality service and support people who have issues, but all this downtime is causing a lot of problems. @buildawhale has been up for 99% of the downtime.

What happens when I'm really dumb and I send in bids twice for the same post?
If it is in the same voting window, they will be combined into a larger bid.
They were not in the same window. I done messed up @buildawhale!
I sent $5.00 SBD, but never received from buildawhale for my post.
It looks like it was skipped because there was a space at the end of the url. That's the only thing I can see that can be the reason. If you want to re-submitted, do so without any extra characters at the end.
