@buildawhale I actually sent 16.00 yesterday on a misclick memo. Basically, I did not receive anything for my transfer. Any way to apply that 16.00 to a new post? If you look through your transactions you should see it.

I know you do not do refunds, so I was wondering if the amount can be transferred to another post. 16.00SBD is a lot of influence for a round of upvoting. To receive nothing from it would be a shame and a waste.
Unfortunately with how the bot tracker tool works, and the number of refund requests from user error we had to go to a firm no refund policy. We cannot apply it to a different post as it is an automated system and would have a similiar effect on the bid windows.
