To explain it, it works like booster's frontrunner guild. We will vote using the accounts in our club on posts prior to our vote. Basically the moment the bid comes into our account, we will have the accounts in the club vote on it. Then when we vote at the end of the window everyone gets curation rewards for our vote. The people bidding win because they get more votes as well.
I understand the concerns with the private key, I would rather use SteemConnect but that uses Active Key which I wouldn't recommend anyone hand out. The only thing that can be done with the posting key is to upvote/downvote and post new posts. Changing the posting key remove that's permission. A lot of services like SteemVoter, FrontRunnerGuide, Streemian (although they require active key due to using SteemConnect) use your posting key.
At no time do we have access to funds or powering down, and this is more for people who don't do well actively curating with their account or just want more curation rewards. If security is a concern, but you still want to take advantage of this, you can create a new account and delegate steem power to it. You can then use that account for this service, this also works well if you only want to use a portion of your steem power for voting, but also want to continue manually voting.
I understand this isn't for everyone and there are ways to provide additional security (making a new account and delegating) but it can be canceled anytime by resetting the posting key (which can be done via CLI or just changing your password). This is a not a new idea, a lot of third party services use posting key for providing different services and other boosters have a similar guild.
At no time will we use the posting key for anything but automatically voting before we vote. As a witness and someone who has built a lot of goodwill in the Steemit community, I promise you that, but I completely understand.
I'd be happy to answer any questions, but that I think covers it well.
Completely understandable.

thanks, it sounds cool, but i'll still pass for now / maybe when steemit has the feel of being more completely secure, etc. / peace
