I don't need to read anything ... Is of no use.. all features should be included in your bot voting.... Sound funny coz of # or something will prevent getting Upvote... I think memo is just a directory to exact bid voting ... The why problem, if you click that attached link it will lead you to exact post so I see no reason to not get vote. . I respect your service very well but I want says this: there are many complaints out here about mistake or relating issues you guys should check that..

Unfortunately, there is no way to fit everything in the profile and there is no user interface we can make for bidding.
The special character is a problem as it fails our checks when we query STEEM API to validate the post url. The memo field has to be 100% accurate to prevent failures like this.
But what do you think could be of help to enlighten steemians what they need to know about the bot service... As I had said earlier lots complaints are dropped here... I suggest you figure out way to resolve correspond issues, or you should make a post day -day to updates people's I feel it help reduce the issue or what you think
