What's up, everyone!
It's been two years since covid-19, and my worry-free adventures were somehow put on hold. I'm still looking forward to the day when we would not worry about getting the virus, and just travel without extra precautions and hassles. Covid-19 sucks, but staying at home somehow has its blessing because I got interested in NFTs, and just lately, I discovered this awesome community in Hive.
It was last year, August 2021 when my brother and I were looking for a low-budget NFT game. We found Splinterlands, then played it together. We've been comparing our rewards for every EOS, but then he got busy and no longer played. I still play Splinterlands until now, in fact, I am a silent reader in one of the most active Splinterlands communities in the Philippines, Splinterlands PH. Last month, a member posted about Rising Star Game (RSG), I got interested so I researched how to play it, then joined. Eventually, I joined a Facebook group to know more about the game and if it is possible to buy Starbits from other players just like in Splinterlands (it’s not possible though, it can get your RSG account banned). In this group, a member (@jacksonizer) shared about his RSG achievement, that he's about to get another free pack. I checked his Facebook page and there he shared in a few posts that someone can earn $$ in the hive community by sharing their arts, blogs, photography, etc. And that's how I started to post my recent weekend getaway and got welcomed warmly.
I am Ryanne Jamin Amamagid, but I usually go by the name Ryanne Jamin a.k.a "Nuebe" on all social platforms. I grew up in Baungon, Bukidnon (my mother's hometown) but I live in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte (my father's place) when I started high school, I guess this is a perk of a broken family. I've been moving to-and-fro from these places, but I am seeing myself settling in Bukidnon because of the cold weather and mountain ranges. I am an adventurer since I was a kid. Growing up in a province will give you a lot of adventures, it's like a starter pack.😂 I am a freelance virtual assistant for almost five years now. This also means that I am already staying at home since 2017, and it just got worst when covid-19 came.😅 Working from home is liberating, not to mention the flexibility of my working hours but the downside is when there's an urgent task and you're about to climb a mountain. Yep, I brought the job with me in the mountains. 😑
I have been doing contributions to the places that I've been to in Google Maps since I was still in college. I even created my own Facebook Page in mid-2019 to easily see my progress but later that year, covid-19 came, lockdowns happened, and my travels stopped.☹️ I love the fact that somehow, I have helped people discover places and provide information about it, too. I am not good at writing, but I love sharing important details of my travels and adventures. Astrophotography, sunsets, mountain ranges, beaches, waterfalls, and any outdoor activities that can cause adrenaline rush interests me.
I plan on contributing my previous adventures as well as my future getaways in this community and encourage some of my friends who travels/writes to join this community, too.

Hi @indayclara it's okay. That was cool you were in the mountains last weekend, it rained all weekend here in Bukidnon, so I just stayed home and wrote my intro. I hope you had a nice weekend. I'll try my best to engage with other hivers for as long as I can.
