I was nice and didn't screenshot his insanity to me in private. I truly think this guy is not all there and it's the only reason I didn't screenshot him, I felt sorry for him (at the time).
Now that I've seen what he's capable of (back then he was just annoying in chat) doing outside chats by fooling people, I wish I had kept them.
It was like reading scribbles on a padded wall. 5 minutes of it before I blocked him and banned him from our chat.

I am not behind it, but I do agree with it, you are a scammer, fraud, and dysfunctional. Everyone you have worked with has left with the same impression of you, I know because I spoke with them after you went apeshit on me for not giving you all my tokens. I chose to ignore you because I would rather be constructive than destructive. I will not waste another second on you.
You have been talked about a lot in chat channels and I posted one of the log of our chat in a public channel when you started to threaten me. If you feel it is me, by all means, do what you need to do.
I literally have you on tape saying you like to call me chiefcrappster. That alone not to mention your involvement (and all the blockchain and IP data) whether it be passive or active is part of the US cyber bullying laws. So you can be charged. Not to mention the constant libel and slander.
"Everyone you have worked with...". Lol do you hear yourself when you talk? Do you know I have been doing this almost ten years and have life long partners that has been with me for years. Maybe there is a common thread between you are those people on Steemit that is why we don;t work together. Have you thought of that?
All I know is I will be thrilled when I don't have to deal with your constant negativity and bullying in the chats on Mumble and on Steemit. Maybe an arrest warrant will enough to get you on the right path.

I'm so confused right now, chiefmappster always been helpful to me. So you're saying he's a scam? Please show me proof, b'cuz i defended him and you guys flagged me, then my rep went down by 4. I am not involved in this except for the fact I gave him the nickname "ChiefCrappster" due to the fact he constantly lies and makes up shit.
He worked with me on @buildawhale a few months ago and left, then came back claiming he owned everything. I talked to people he has previously dealt with, and they have had similar issues with him. At that point I unfollowed him and ignored him.
An account was created by another person using the nicname I gave him and his choice phrases. I think it deserved but I take no part in it as I have no interest in drama but I don't like when people take advantage of people that don't know better.
He claimed in a hangout to have Exxon on board to use his user issued asset (whch he did not have at the time) on a third party exchange (Bitshares) for their loyalty program. I spoke up and wanted proof, so he started calling people names and laughing it off saying the "universe will find a way".
Outside of that, I pay no attention to him, it isn't productive and it won't go anywhere.
He recently started presenting in Whaleshares whaletank which which people upset with him started to get offended to. A chat log between Chief and I was picked up from a public chat channel and used in the drama.
I have only flagged two people in my entire time here. Both cases were spammers, one in my post and one in a community post.
I have no interest in drama. I am sorry you are caught in the middle of this, but I don't have much else to say.
Libel and slander are offenses in the United States as well. I will let the researchers and lawyers worry about that.

Uh, there's plenty of proof you've tried to swindle and scam people. I suggest you tread VERY lightly here. You wouldn't want to end up in even more trouble now, would you?
Don't forget, other people can take screenshots and record voice chats as well. And trust me, I have both of those and can defend myself without issue.
Your best bet is to start a new account and move along because trust me, I have FAR more on you that you ever will have on me.

There is no proof because there is no scam or swindle.
All my Uncles have is literally data point after data point of libel and slander from this account, @berniesanders, and others.
Not to mention all the cyber-bullying. And you forget this isn't about me, it is about figuring out a solution for this community to bullying.
And the nice thing about Steemit is that you can show the courts the loss of reputation and loss of income so easily with the way Steemit is set up.

You would have NO case. Good luck finding a lawyer who would take this case. I have some experience in law and can tell you that this "case" would have no ground. Please film or write about your experience talking to a lawyer. I want to hear what they have to say to you?
