I think these words are very important for all of us to hear. We often times get so caught up in the success of others that we hold ourselves back comparing ourselves to those people. How does fine wine age? That’s right, with time.
I believe every quote must be taken with a grain of salt because in order to work day by day towards something, there must be a goal to work towards. In order to reach those goals however, we must work day by day. The balance is key here, and balance is the hardest part. It can be done though, and it will be done, as long as you’re not afraid to fail & learn.

Alot of people solely see the event. (Headlines in newspapers of someone accomplishing x task)
Hardly anyone actually sees the 3 year process that the individual put in, in order to reach that "event".

Thanks a lot Javin. It's often hard to get in this mind set as well. I struggle with it every day, always wanting to achieve my goals over night. But once we realize it's not possible and just grind for a few years, eventually it could happen "over night". But not by luck, by hard work.
