The city is the capital of WI state and was named after the 4th US president James Madison. It is founded on an isthmus between two lakes. This gives the city a very magical and beautiful view, as can be viewed from the photos below
Within the past decade Madison has been named ten Best Cities in Forbes several times. In 2009, in the midst of the late-2000s recession, Madison had an unemployment rate of 3.5% and was ranked number one in a list of "ten cities for job growth". This makes it one of the best places for businesses and career growth.
