Haha, I hate airbnb some time! As it had poor regulation and rule I think. Some people the use airbnb to rental a house and than use airbnb to re-rental the house in a bigger price to other people in Hong Kong! They are clever but it is not good I think.

Very informative; to be honest when I'm going on vacation I need the best from the food, hotels, even the websites got to look good. If the website is hard to navigate, find prices on, or has very little info I'm moving on to somewhere else. Booking trips is already hard as it is, we don't need difficult websites making it harder. Also I like to review what people have said about the trip as well. The reviews give me a understanding of the destination an what I can expect when I get there so reviews are key for me. When I vacation I just want lots of sun with no stress Dope Post. 🙏
It's the little things like welcome letters that are remembered. Though I deal with long-term rentals I make sure to have a personalized letter and some household essentials waiting for them on move in.
