Today August 18th is my son's 5th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEO! I am very grateful to have this kid in my life. He's such an amazing little boy. Leo was diagnosed with mild autism. At that time I used to work for a construction company and I used to work A LOT of hours. Money was "OK" BUT what killed me was that I had little time to spend with my son. I had no FREEDOM; I was tied to a J.O.B. Sometimes by the time I came home it was already too late and he'd be asleep. And in the mornings, at least during the week, I never saw him because I left super early to go to work. One day I got fed up with the same old routine and decided I was going to start my own business.
And now I want to give back and teach what I've learned to others so they can too benefit from it.

I learned a simple model that anyone can learn and implement. One thing I will tell right off the bat before you read any further is that at 1st this is going to be tedious work. At least I though so at first. But if you stick to it the payoff will be very satisfying.
Now I'm not going to put ALL the steps into this one post. That's waaaayyyyyyyy too much info. It's better if I split it into a couple of posts, SOOOO stay tuned.
One thing that I cannot guarantee 100% is that you'll actually make money because I don't know your work ethic or how committed you are to your success. BUT if you're an action taker, you follow the step by step process and you are persistent then success is attainable with the following info.

So How Do You Turn Something You're Passionate About Into $5K Per Month Or More?
With The Power Of Email/Internet Marketing Of Course. And How Do You Do That You Might Be Wondering? Just Keep Reading!
What you'll be doing is promoting other people's offers that are offers that have to do with your niche/passion.
A "niche" is a need in the marketplace.
BUT, 1st of all I must tell you, NOT EVERY NICHE/PASSION IS PROFITABLE.
No worries I've got you covered!
I'm going to give you a list of niches. I'm sure there's gotta be something there that you're passionate about. When selecting a niche for your Email Marketing Business ask yourself these 4 important questions. And memorize
them. YES, memorize them!
1-Are there always offers to promote?
*For a niche to be profitable, you need to able to promote multiple offers.
2-Are customers in this niche known to buy?
*If your business is going to be profitable, people need to be willing to actually spend money online on products you promote to them via email. That's how you generate revenue.
3-Can you market to this niche online in profitable way?
*Some niches meet the previous 2 conditions, but are so expensive to market to that they can't generate enough profit to be worthwhile.
You'll see this with some saturated mega-niches where the cost of getting traffic (in either time or money) is very high because of all the competition. By "mega-niches" I mean really huge GENERAL MARKET, like DATING or COOKING. That doesn't mean you can't make money in a mega-niche.
Some marketers have done it very successfully. But when you're starting out, you'll have to narrow down the niche and hone in on a specific group.
A sub-niche for example might be "dating after a divorce" or "cooking Paleo meals" or "6 pack abs in x amount of days." This will keep the cost of acquiring traffic a lot lower. Even if the above conditions are met, you still need to ask yourself one important question...
4-Do you like this niche?
*Liking a niche is helpful. It makes it much easier for you to create emails, share information and promote products. You'll enjoy it! Something to keep in mind is you don't have to be an expert in the niche that you chose. With all the profitable niche opportunities out there, there is no reason why you can't find at least one that you are personally interested in.

YOUR HOMEWORK NOW is to pick 3 niches from the above ideas & write them down in a sheet of paper/Word document/text document. (TIP: Start thinking about any sub-niches within the mega niches that you chose)
