Roller Coaster ride in Business

Hi everyone
It has been a long time since I have made an update on my business. Rest assured, I am still here and I have been mainly
focusing on acquiring clients. After sending direct messages to people, I managed to acquire a client. This however turned south as the client eventually insisted for a refund. This event was unexpected as the client was enthusiastic 2 days prior.
This situation led to me refunding the former client partially as the client had already partially done a part of the service.
On top of that, a legal document had to be forged so that the refund to the former client was completed and witnessed by a person with legal profession.

What I have learnt in this encounter is that prospects asking about guarantees of the consulting service is a major red flag. This means that the prospect is more concerned with their own money than wanting to make the most of the consulting service. It is important to not take these customers as they will go to any means to get as much refund for themselves at any time if they find any reason to do so. This will lead to reputation damage to your business.

On to the good news, I have joined a group of like minded Aussie entrepreneurs on social media and it is great for myself and others in the group because ideas and tips can be shared. In conclusion, the journey of running a business is non linear and it is more like a roller coaster ride of emotions. Thanks for reading this post and stay strong with your cryptocurrency.
