Well, he didn't even suggest to talk to me directly, we only talk through the real estate broker and anytime I ask something then it's no with no other solution or maybe idea how we could make it work. Let me give you an example. The toilets there are simply horrible and I need to do a complete renovation. I actually need to rebuild it and the estimate that they gave me would be 100k. He would simply not take part in financing it even though it is his building and it will increase the value substantially.
I was offered a job in finance not that far away from here. It's about 15 minutes by car. But I just don't know if I want to do it.. still need some time to think about. I'm going to sit with them on Tuesday and will see how it goes and then I'll decide..
Yeah, I have started to feel a bit down about the price of Steem. It takes too long right now... so I understand that Mrs. J is not that patient anymore. I have no idea how it works with Amazon but I hope it will work out for you and Mrs. J will be happy again :)

Yes I don't know what to think of the price of steem. Many brilliant people say it has so much going for it that it can't fail but we've all seen great companies and ideas go down in flames..but I'm still hopeful. We all just need to not bank everything on Steem.

I talked to the guys from the company yesterday and it was supposed to be for about one hour and we spent together almost two hours :) They were very nice and it would good to work with them so I will see. I might be a little overqualified for this job but I told them that it's fine for me because it's just for one year so I'm not looking for something what would fit my career plan. I also told them about my business so I will see what they think about it..
Exactly, you should not put anything into Steem what you can't miss :) I'm happy I actually didn't put more when I was powering up simply because the bear market takes too long right now. I am not worried that there will be eventually a bull market but I just wonder when it will come. Last year everyone was saying that it will happen this year. This year everyone is saying that it will happen in 2020.. so when? :D

So if you spent 2 hours talking to those people then I'm sure you have that job if you want it, they
would be out of their minds if they didn't hire you! And they're probably smarter than that.
I agree totally about the bear market thing, it's a little bit baffling. I read the same thing...that the bull
market is coming. And coming. And coming. lol. We started to invest in a few other cryptos because
I do believe the experts when they say that in a few years everything will be run on blockchains and we
are on the ground floor of this game-changing technology.
I'm doing great, spending more time working offline around the property and Mrs. J is kicking butt at her
job! Let me ask you something..around here if you mention crypto currency to someone they just stare at
you, they have no idea what you are talking about! Is that the way it is over there or are they more educated
about such things?
