Schedule of actions
Our campaigns were strategicaly defined to reach our target. And for that we had to have in considerasion the following factors (exemple for the company and the area of business it operates in (health area):
Nowadays, consumers are becoming more susceptible to price and much more receptive to promotions.
Starting the year with the strategies already implemented, would allow us to retain more customers with possibility of loyalty and a consequent increase in sales. It would also allow the loyal customer to attend more classes and keep more regular throughout the year.
In view of the increased use of social networks and the internet, Google Adwords campaigns are an added value in that we would have greater visibility and therefore an increase of notoriety.
Control and monitoring program
We will monitor monthly the billing of the clinic, and this billing translates into the continuity of treatments of the current clients, as well as the raising of new clients. We will have as reference a monthly invoicing of € 2,874, in order to avoid deviations to reach the proposed objectives
As well as we will also do an evaluation in the month following the completion of the implementation of the loyalty and fundraising campaign, in order to evaluate how many new clients we have and how many we have managed to retain.
Google Adwords campaign tracking will be done every day for the three months that have been stipulated. This control will allow monitoring the progress of the notoriety in Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and also in the own site, using Google Analytics as a way to compare the visits during the progress of the campaigns.
Contingency Plan
This is a very importante part to this business proposal, this contigency plan is only to be applied if the we do not report a turnover of € 17,244.
For this, we will use the 10% that were predicted in the Marketing budget for the implementation of a contingency plan.
This plan consists of investing € 100 in flyers, which will be distributed in strategic locations.
