In a past post I talked about it and I think it is the main one, since an entrepreneur without discipline can not be considered one, this quality is very important in every aspect of our lives, it allows us to realize each one of the objectives that we set ourselves on a daily basis, thus generating a breakthrough in our projects in the shortest time possible. Discipline is just getting up very
early to work for what we want, keep going despite the large number of people who will tell you "you can not do it", read a book that will be important for us so we are very tired, those little things form a true entrepreneur and only are achieved through discipline, if we do not have it, we will not achieve each of our short and long-term objectives, thus avoiding success.

This quality is very misunderstood by many, since they think it is bad in a certain way, but that depends on how it is used. Each one of us must have ambitions for something better in life, to improve ourselves and to obtain what we are looking for from a young age, that allows us to have clear objectives and a constant motivation that drives us to achieve things that at some time were unthinkable for us. This quality is paramount for each entrepreneur, it allows us to be focused on
our goals and very motivated to get them as soon as possible. I do not consider this quality as bad in any sense, envy if it is, but it all depends on how each person uses that motivation to be ambitious, that is, how they want to get what they want, because if it is in an unfair and dishonest way of course it is bad, but if it is with hard work and effort, the opposite is beneficial for each one of us.

This quality is closely linked to entrepreneurship, this is due to the importance of pleasing our potential customers and generating great confidence. A charismatic person manages to have many contacts and manages to sell them or offer them the products and services that they have, on the contrary a person who does not have charisma will not be able to convince his
customer to buy their products. This feature is very easy to develop for some and very difficult for others, but in the same way we have to work on it and get to develop it to the fullest, in this way we can grow our business very quickly, without stalling at any time.
Although there are many qualities that are fundamental for each entrepreneur, these three I consider the best. The path of entrepreneurship is solitary at first and we must develop each of our qualities to the maximum to achieve almost without any help to achieve success.
