Well brought out. Change is something i accepted in my enterprises. I always study the new trend in technology, the nature of people in the market, for example, whether it's the youths that make the most in the community and going with the new trends that will attract their attention, the culture; we have lots of cultures here in Uganda and each has different demands, the regulations around; for example the new taxes.
This post is a great reminder for us to be calculative and better our market research before we start an investment.

Can I give an advice about your enterprise? Apart from studying new trends in tech and other fields,try predicting the future by looking at history. Remember the popular quote : Those who don't learn from history are bound to make the same mistakes? It will help a lot to keep you ahead of your competitors and also make you a lot innovative. Especially here in Africa where most companies want to do everything the old way.
