i'm living in Amsterdam and in the article the 60 day rule applied by the Amsterdam City Council is mentioned. But for the city government it isn't easy to implement the new laws, since AirBnb is huge here. Besides it's not that difficult to create a new account after 60 days, and don't mention the real address on AirBnb, but just an address in the area in which the apartment is located. AirBnb won't factcheck. The only thing to be carefull about is the payments, governments can track them more easily, then the guest who are staying in your place. But, again, there is easy ways to manipulate. An offshore bank account can work well.
