I have come to understand that most people who are well recognized in their field have achieved success not because of some special genius but because they learned how to put disparate element together and present ideas in a new and meaningful ways.
It's not enough to simply do your job well. Developing a reputation as an expert in your field attract people who will want to hire you, do business with you or consult you.
If you are willing to take the risk of sharing yourself and your ideas with the world. You are far ahead of the majority that stay silent
Becoming a recognized expert demand you must have followers, being an expert is not really enough as you also need to develop your leadership skills.
There is a less room for average performer to succeed, to succeed, you don't need to be a world superstar but you have to be deliberate about identifying potential opportunities.
