Nice tips. Although the first two are quite obvious, they are often just neglected by hosts.
The first one is so obvious, so easy to execute and so useful, yet a lot of hosts do not use it... And I don't get why..
For the second one, if you make the guests feel great, it's not only going to harvest many good reviews, but it will also make the chance on getting any tips bigger. Double profits therefore! The only disadvantage is indeed, that it's not always that easy to make the guests feel great at your place.
The third one is less obvious, but can help your business a lot. It's great to see you added a non-obvious tip too. (Most tip-posts that are published on steemit contain only the obvious stuff)
