Theres definitely going to be people against using the rewards pool for paying employees. Plus what about downvotes? Lose your entire income because someone who's rich has something against your employer or you or even just a coworker? I don't think paying users by votes will be the way to go. Maybe paying in SBD might be nice(its supposed to be stable).
think what @newageinv mentioned above could be an option. but ya. all it would take is a grudge match and then your income goes poof lol
