Hard to choose just 5 but here goes:

1. Emyth revisited by Michael Gerber. Essential read for every business owner.
2. 80 / 20 Principle by Richard Koch. Best book about a well known, but vital principle.
3. Why making money is killing your business by Chuck Blakeman. Not a well known book but a superb read on building a business for the long term.
4. The 4 hour work week by Tim Ferriss. There are those that have read it and see a new perspective and world, and everyone else.
5. The One Thing by Gary Keller. So important in today's mad dash world.

Thanks for your suggestions here and I also like to read these type of books and nowadays I am reading https://free.gerrardlee.me/business book which is really amazing and they have some good tips available for the beginners of businesses. I hope you'll like it too.
