How genius individuals create successful companies that get destroyed by midwits:
Disagreeable high IQ white men on the spectrum create an innovation in business or technology and found a company.
To scale, they hire midwit agreeable people (who are mostly women and Asians) to be cogs in their machines: “Just do as I say.”
By emulating the CEO, the company succeeds and becomes massively profitable.
But due to the excess wealth, they grow complacent and the bureaucracy of the company grows. The women in the company devote time to progressive projects instead of building wealth.
The company can afford to do these pet projects for some time, thanks to the previous wealth generated, but eventually the progressive women will DEI the company to death, as it becomes too bloated by bureaucracy.
The company is then disrupted by a new startup founded by a high IQ disagreeable white man—who will inevitably do the same: hire midwits to emulate him, repeating the modern business cycle.
