Everyone knows the feeling of just can't getting up and not doing the things we need to do.
Most of the time it's not really laziness that hits you, you're just overwhelmed and don't really know where to start.
You're not lazy! You just lack self discipline or motivation!
You're easily distracted and don't have a plan that you can follow. Maybe your expectations are also simply too high and you don't have short term goals which keep you motivated.
If that happens to you, try to write down a strict plan of what needs to get done first and how much time it should take to do it. Also, set yourself short term goals to constantly feel motivated and proud of achieving your goals.

Believe in yourself and know where you want to get in life.
