Here is an example of a conversation between me and my wife.
There was a time where I found this tricked computer barebones bundle which was on sale at Best Buy.
I was so excited looking at the specifications for the PC components.
Now me being a self taught PC builder since 1995 and working for GEEK SQUAD, you could say I learned a few things, lol.
I am all about specs and performance, so you can imagine what kind of conversation came out of me.
I was telling my wife about how this bundle was on sale which came with High End Motherboard, Six Core Processor (CPU), Corsair 8 GB Memory DDR3 PC3-12800 unbuffered, 1 terabyte Solid State Drive, Asus GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), Overclocked Graphics Card.
After I realized what I had said to her, I knew she did not have a clue by the look on her face.
Hey, I was in the moment, hahaha.
My bad.
Now do you see how important it is to adapt to someone's communication style?
I hope so.
Listen, Assess, Converse Effectively.
Continue to learn and apply and you will succeed!
