He is using just one line to create the desired shape. It is a Berlin-based ink artist who is known for its specific minimum tattoos.

Each tattoo of it begins with three points which are then connected. They have a pulling cat in the design

and a wide winged owl and a floating hummingbird dog. This is actually a good streamlined version.
