Feel free to ask if you have any questions! It's not so bad if you're only avoiding egg. Have you looked into aquafaba (water from canned garbanzo or chickpea) for baking! It's pretty amazing what you can do with it!
It's been a difficult transition. We used to eat a lot of eggs. I hadn't heard of aquafaba but it looks like a great replacement. Thanks for the tip.
