Este vivir sin rumbo ni distancia,
este esperar callado y dolorido...,
esta ansiedad de amar sin ansia
y contemplar lo triste de tu olvido...
Este terrible dolor que me atormenta,
esta angustia de saber que no me quieres,
y las horas de mi vivir pasan muy lentas
empuñando el cuchillo que me hiere...
¡Este tedio, esta ruina de vivir
sin esperar ya que tú regreses,
este miedo de tener que morir
esperando en vano que me beses!
