You right. But when a group of people accept STEEM POWER for real money or crypto-money -- it become functioning like another coin.
When you buy a house and you want to liquidate it, you need to look for a buyer and all that stuff and it take time and efforts, but here you can deligate your SP to another steem user and I see it just like transfer STEEM coin to another user. What's the difference?
The only difference right now is that there is no market (like bittrex and etc...) that accept SP for bitcoin or something, but it may be in the future because other users may want to buy SP by bitcoin. Am I understood?

As I understood it delegation is like loaning - you can claim it back at any time. So there are a few differences.
As you said, STEEM can be traded, also outside of Steemit. Does SP has any meaning outsite Steemit? I don't think so.
When I trade STEEM I trustlessly get the price I want in other currency. If you looking to delegate for return in currency, you have to trust the person you're delegating to. SP doesn't function like a coin and STEEM do. That's the difference.
