Ingredients
-200 g of boneless chicken breast
- A bead of onions
- salt and pepper as needed
- 15 grams of veal

- 150 grams of carrots

- A little olive oil
How to prepare
- Mash the carrots and garlic, together.
- Cut the veal, mushrooms and onions into small pieces, stir in a pan, until full maturity.
- Open chicken breast, stuffed with veal, mushrooms and onion, cook for about 15 minutes, then cut into circles, served with mashed carrots
