Good stuff going to have to try some of this out myself.
I've been doing a few things differently lately because sitting around in this chair for 10 hours a day was trash. Got myself a standing desk so I can move around etc. Starting working out at least 30 minutes each day and going for a decent walk if it's not to crazy hot outside (that does not happen to often here in fl lol)
These will give me a few new ideas I can do when I get up thanks!
Yes, sitting is horrible. I hate the fact that my job entails sitting all day long. Glad to hear that I could give you a few extra ideas to keep it fresh, let me know how things go for you.
Walking has been surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable. I never thought I'd be a "walk guy" but now I look forward to going on my long walks every single night.
