ENSALADA DE ATUN Y BROCOLI

NGREDIENTES
1 lata de atún
1 brócoli mediano
3 tomates 1 cebolla cabezona mediana 1 limón
ADEREZO
½ taza de jugo de naranja natural
1 cucharadita de ajo molido
1 cucharadita de vinagre blanco
Sal
Pimienta blanca
PREPARACION
Lave el brócoli, cocínelo durante 5 minutos y córtelo en flores pequeñas. Escurra el atún, desmenúcelo con un tenedor y mézclelo con el jugo del limón. Lave los tomates, despepítelos y córtelos en cuadritos. Lave la cebolla, pélela y córtela en plumas.
Para el aderezo, mezcle bien el jugo, el ajo y el vinagre; condimente con sal y pimienta al gusto, Disponga todo en una bandeja y añada el aderezo.

Acido fólico, Acido omega 6, Licopeno, Vitamina B1, Vitamina C.
Nota. Después de cocinar el brócoli, póngalo un rato en agua con hielo para que recupere su brillo y color y no se ablande demasiado
