You NEED to use this App if you have a BUSINESS! WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp released a new App named WhatsApp Business, that was built for small businesses like bakeries or haidressers. With the app, businesses can interact with customers easily by using tools to automate, sort, and quickly respond to messages.

You can create a profile for your business and interact with customers easily!
To create a profile first install the business app, open the settings and go to "business settings" where you can set opening times, a E-Mail adress,

two websites, the adress, and also a category and a business description. Your customers can see all these information in the normal WhatsApp version, they don´t have to use the business version!

You can also set automatic answers that are send if a customer writes the first time or when you have closed.

In WhatsApp´s business version it´s possible to set quick replies to answer common questions easy and fast,

without writing the same aswers all time! Once they are set in the settings you can send them in chats by writing "/" and a abbreviation (shown in picture right) If you want you can change the reply or send it instant.

Aswell you can organize chats in categories like " new order", "paid" or "order complete" to keep track of your orders.
