After about six months of trying to push for Green building certification standards to be accepted or known by the construction industry, things are looking up and I couldn't be happier, being one of the few green building certification experts in the country it's a great opportunity.

I just pray the process isnt interfered with politically and for once we do something right, our buildings account for 40% of the total GHGs emissions and green buildings are the way to go.

So now onto why am up at 2am, in afew hours 9am, I have a meeting with a potential client to have their portfolio of properties green certified, after 100+ proposals sent, enquiries have started coming and sooner or later some will convert to clients. Having spent my savings over the past six months promoting this I know its not in vain, and for me it's not about the money but the impact green buildings will bring, for my children, their children, your children and mother earth in general.

I am a steward of my planet by promoting Green Buildings. What are you doing to save our planet?

As always I choose to remain steemedOn!
