As many as 60 SMA/ MA/ SMK teachers in Lhokseumawe City were trained in National Examination (NE) grid and writing National Standard School Exam questions (NSSE).
The Chairperson of the Committee, Nurmalita, SH in his report explained that the purpose of the activity was to improve teacher competency in dissecting the NE grid and being able to write NSSE questions that would be used in 2019. The activity participants were SMA/MA/SMK teachers throughout Lhokseumawe City with 60 participants. Recruitment of participants through the MGMP Chair each lesson. The details of the participants were 50 SMA/MA/SMK teachers with 17 subjects.While 18 vocational teachers with six subjects.
Branch Head of the Lhokseumawe City Regional Education Office, Drs. Azhari when opening the event asked participants to be truly sincere and sincere to take part in the activity so as to produce maximum output in accordance with the objectives. According to Azhari, this activity is one of the activities that is tiring and squeezing the brain compared to other activities so it is very necessary for the sincerity and sincerity of the participants.
"Through this activity, it is expected to produce valid and reliable NSSE questions and be able to increase student grades. Likewise with the NE grid surgery, teachers are expected to be able to translate the grid so that students are able to obtain a better NE score than last year. This might happen on considering that in general the NE grid leads to the question of the National Examination, "explained Azhari.
Azhari also asked the MGMP to play an active role in writing NSSE questions and NE lattice surgery. According to Azhari, the MGMP is one of the right places to dissect the National Examination and writing about the NSSE.
The participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. The majority of participants who are active MGMP administrators are the right choice teachers to take part in the activity.
