Incredibly true, 21-year-old Jessica Benquez is in the life. Jessica weighing 145kg has reduced her weight by just changing two habits to 80 kg.

Jessica told popular PEOPLE magazine, I did not really like it. Standing out of bed makes me so much trouble. I knew I needed to lose weight, I had high blood pressure problems.

Jessica had almost taken one year to take this initiative to lose weight. At one time his life is on fastfood. Chicken nuggets, pasta, french fries were its main food. His job was to eat, go to work, and work back home after watching TV to eat again.

In 2016, Jessica took the initiative to lose weight for the first time. The first challenge was the diet. Although his first hardship, his fast-food diet was changed and replaced by carrots, curd, cottage cheese, vegetables and grilled chicken salad.

Slowly he changed his diet. With the change of diet, he started walking practice every night and started exercising by watching YouTube videos. Later, Jessica was admitted to gymnasium, and she was giving time to gymnasium for two hours a day.
