chicken dumpling soup
Material:
-7 pieces of dumpling skin
-1 carrots, sliced round
-1 stem of finely sliced leek
-1 celery stalk, finely sliced
-3 finely chopped garlic cloves
-2 fine finely chopped onion
-1000 ml water
-1 tbsp fried shallot
-1/2 tsp pepper powder
-1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
-1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
-1 tsp sugar
-salt to taste.
Dumpling Contents:
-100 gr of chopped chicken
-25 gr sago flour
-50 gr carrot, diced -1 spring onion, finely sliced
-1 loose whipped eggs
-1/2 tsp pepper powder
-1/2 nutmeg powder
-salt to taste.
How to make:
Fill the dumplings: mix all ingredients fill, stir until well blended.
2.Take 1 piece of dumpling skin content with 1 teaspoon of dough, fold the four ends of collect in tengh then spinning like tied up.
3.Dididihkan 500 ml water add 2 tbsp cooking oil, boil dumpling one by one until float, lift and drain.
Saute 2 tablespoons cooking oil, saute onion and chopped pepih onion until fragrant, then pour 500 ml of water. Cook to boil.
5.Enter carrots, salt, granulated sugar, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, and chicken stock powder, mix well.
Enter the chicken dumplings, celery leaves and leeks. Stir well cook until boiling again.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions on top. -
