The Amalfi Coast is an extravagantly lovely stretch of rugged coast in Campania, Italy, at the brink of the Sorrentine Peninsula. For about 50 kilometers, the coast looks as if some thing a romantic artist might have conjured – sheer cliffs plunging into the azure sea, tiny golden seashores hidden in secluded coves, pastel sun-washed villages hugging the steep slopes of Mount Ravello, and aromatic orange groves competing for interest with ancient vineyards.

You can take an average Mediterranean coastal avenue among the port of Salerno, well-known Positano and Amalfi, and adorable Sorrento perched on the clifftop to experience the panorama in all its majesty, or you can take one of the many trekking trails a good way to take you past old villages, offer staggering perspectives, and introduce you to some terrific quaint neighborhood eating places and tavernas.
