RE: Why I Am A Fan Of Steemit Inc Powering Down

in #busy6 years ago

I completely agree. When a central authority picks winners and loosers ie steemit inc delegating to some dapps, but not others those on the platform loose out. Looked what happened with dlive.

But when the community is able to power up dapps through personal delegations then all projects compete by the same rules to win.

Ive noticed, at least on steem, a bear market is a redistribution of wealth if you will. From the larger non believer accounts to those smaller accounts working their way back up. Also, short term the low steem price is a bad thing, but in the long term even if steemit inc crashes the market now it wont much matter 2 - 3 years from now.

DLive benefited many Steemians. It somehow feels that’s an own goal argument there.

DLive also brought lots of visibility to the chain.

What happened was that this wasn’t the place for them. And, also, when they joined the communicated roadmap for SMTs was different (testnet by end 2017).

How many Steemians could increase their stake thanks to DLive? DLive was an absolute plus for the chain. Period.

I Love Your Thinking @gniksivart and at my point in life almost 61 years of age I just Relax and let everyone else get all worked Up about everything. This Past Year I believe was a Big Wake Up Call for me. I know that most people my age don't really know anything about Cryptos or if they do they are skeptical to getting involved. I guess what I'm saying it is easy not to get to caught up......
