Backs have always been the worst muscle group in my body. I had the width, but not the depth, ie the thickness of my back. But lately, I work on it and can already see good results.
My favourite exercises for the back is deadlifts, lat pull down and pull-ups!
Also, I try to eat more calories at the day when I train back!
