First off I will like to welcome every person on this great platform steemit and beyond a Happy New Year, and I pray we all achieve our various goals and objectives this year, and I hope this year brings further growth and achievement to this steemit community.
Last year was really dramatic for me, though I haven't really achieved all I set out to, but atleast I can say am better than who I used to be , and I believe this year will be a great one for me, and I hope to look back on this post and say I have achieved my goals and dreams this year.
My hopes
I hope to find love, to have a girlfriend who loves me and I her, because mehn! Heaven knows have tried to get a girlfriend but they have all just refused to have me, and believe me when I say this am quite the catch, am just not lucky with the female gender, in a society where most girls are quite materialistic, I find it hard to get a decent girl.
I also hope to get a good smartphone, because the one am currently using is below standards, and the battery isn't strong enough, which affects me when am trying to post on steemit, because while am trying to get things together on the phone, the next thing my battery shuts down, which is quite annoying.
I hope to get a laptop which will further aid my productivity and output on steemit and my life generally, it has always been on my to-do list but lack of wherewithal has been an impediment in the actualisation of it. 
I hope to become a whale on steemit or have a sizeable amount of influence in the steemit community, even though my rep currently sits at 44 lol, hell! A guy can hope can't he?.
I hope to get better grades in my studies, so far my grades have not been too good or too bad either, but I hope to get better grades this year. 
My dreams
Some dreams have always had while growing up and still do, I will like to share it with yall. It has always been my dream to be a super star R&B recording artist like the likes of R.Kelly,Jason Derulo, Trey Songz, Usher, Chris Brown all of who happens to have influenced my kinda music one time or the other.
I love bikes, one of my dreams is to have a Ducati 996 to be precise, why the Ducati 996 ? You might ask, well I fell in love with the bike in the movie The Matrix Reloaded, the scene where Trinity was riding a Ducati 996 with the Keymaker at the backsit, trying to make a getaway from the Agents, mehn! The way she handled the bike was a beauty, it was there I fell in love with that bike and said to myself mehn! I must get that bike.

It has also always been my dream to be financially free and wealthy, Billionaire if you must, so I can take care of those that matter in my life, especially my grandma , who has and have sacrificed a lot for me ever since I was born, she is quite old now but I hope to do right by her, giving her the good things of life before she leaves us, and I also have dreams of being a Philanthropist , it has always given me great joy to help those that are less privileged in the society, because I feel there is no better fulfilment in knowing you have helped someone who is in need, a trait I think I got from my grandma, who I will write about very soon. 
In conclusion, I hope and dream to be the best this life has to offer me, and nothing less, and I wish the same and even more for you reading my post, and I will also like to thank @samstickkz for introducing me to steemit, even though he virtually forgot he did, also shout out to @surpassingoogle for being an inspiration, at @ewuoso who we got to know each other through a funny transaction gone wrong, and also @princeso who is a very benevolent person, always giving the little he has, you might have forgotten this but you have given me data on two occasions and recharge card, and I will also like to thank sir @prechi who help me when I was still fresh on steemit with some upgoat which he promised, he is a man of his word, and also @ajremy for helping me with some words of encouragement and support while growing, and shout out to @tojukaka our boss @tony-duke and @mritsnobigdeal @adabless @mizdais @sirsticks @xpressng @anieben @amec @onos @ungest @autofreak @falseyedols @abasifreke I say a big thank you for your support so far in form of comment and upvote, and the entire Nigerian steemit community, I leave you with this words "All men who have achieved great things, have been great dreamers" Orison Swett Marden.
