The license is never a major PES force as a football game franchise. Either the process of cooperation like what goes on behind the scenes and how much money is actually being poured, FIFA from EA Sports is always superior on this one side. Concerns about the issue of this license is getting stronger in this year's series - PES 2019 after confirmation that the relationship of cooperation with the European league and Champions League finally ended. The license, reportedly, changed hands to the long-standing FIFA, seeming to target both prestigious tournaments. Konami keeps out jargon to make sure the fans are not worried, including by announcing the addition of more official league licenses as compensation for the loss of the Champions League. But you are a fan of this ball game, seems to be back disappointed.
Why? Because as predictable, the leagues end up in an unbelievable league that you may never have followed before. Konami has finally introduced at least 7 new leagues whose licenses they have earned, which of course means they are now entitled to use and utilize any content in it, from stadiums, players, to various official attributes. The seven leagues are

Superliga Quilmes
2.Clasica - Argentina
3.Superliga - Denmark
4.Liga NOS - Portugal
5.Raiffeisen Super 6.League - Switzerland
Ladbrokes Premiership - Scotland
7.Jupiler Pro League - Belgium
It is unclear whether Konami will be back in defeat for more league licensing issues such as Spain or England again or not under the EA. PES 2019 itself is planned to be released on 28 August 2018 for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and of course - PC.
