You captured some great photo's using this crossing Sharon, the road back into America looks to be extremely busy.
Surprised they allow photography with all the laws already imposed on notice boards. Oh well, laws are made to be broken sometimes....

I thought it was strange not to see a "no photo" sign. But I put the camera away when the big guards showed up. I think they are supposed to make you feel safe, but they don't!
I think it is one of the busiest crossings to the us.
Have heard foot traffic and road traffic are excessively busy at this border post, never feel comfortable when going through places like this.
Yes, if you are near the trolley at rush hour, you can watch huge numbers of people crossing. They come in to work from Mexico in the morning and go back at night. They have only one place to walk over at and it is packed!
These last months of my time in California was the only time i was down there and I was always feeling nervous when close to the border.
