Beautiful ceiling and intricate designs on the temple's architecture.
That giant statue is amazing, most people go to see Tian Tan Buddha and Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden, thanks for sharing about this! Could be a great addition to our Hongkong itinerary :)

If you need any info on local cultural things worth your while or anything other things more than shopping in HK, let me know. Welcome to HK and I hope you will other sides of the city interesting . :-)

I would like to ask... is Grab app already accepted and usable there? I googled and there was Uber but they have legal issues on operating according to 2017 reports. I couldn't find more info about it.

Grab, no, not in service.

Uber, works fine, loved by many locals and tourists and you can hail a car with ease. But in legal terms, still in a grey area.

Be ware of some taxi drivers in tourist areas, they rip tourists off asking several times more than than the meter.

If not comfortable with uber, it’s legitimacy, you may take MTR (a train network across the city) to most tourist places or even cultural ones.

Yup, I think MTR is the option we have, I hope we have better luck in case we need to take a taxi. Thanks for the advise, I really appreciate it @prch!

Dont mention it, enjoy.
