Glaube aber, dass ich, wenn mein momentaner Vertrag endet, ein bisschen längere pause in Wien einlege. Bin in den letzten 2 Jahren glorreiche 5 Wochen nur daheim gewesen (zusammen gezählt).
Viel Spass in Canada! Tafelspitz und Germknoedel können ja warten:) auf Dich

Well I only recognize the beef, the carrots and if I do not see badly, the bay leaves? .. But it looks too rich, I would like to prove it.
I will write an article explaining this dish called " Tafelspitz"
After some researches i think this should be a beef stew and the other should be a Tapfelspitz with some kind of cafiol panne :D idk i give up !
