Mango smoothie

Today I want to know and teach what SMOOTHIES are, maybe there are them for all tastes and you can make any fruit, we Venezuelans have that quality of learning. dish, drink or dessert that adding a very Venezuelan touch to everything we prepare. I do not know if it happens to them that when they do something and sea alone or with many people we make that moment unique and special.
So today I tell you more about the Smoothies:

What are smoothies?

They are smoothies that are made with fruits, milk and are very refreshing, they have a unique flavor. Perhaps these fruits have not been tested in this way to obtain very rich milkshakes, it is necessary to obtain the ripe fruits to obtain them, the natural sugar.

Mango smoothie:

This mango smoothie is super creamy, since it can be made cold, like at room temperature, thanks to the creaminess of the mango, it can be any type of mango but it must be ripe as mentioned above.
If you practice the exercise, you can make your protective shake, incorporating a spoonful of vanilla-flavored protein powder.
Breakfast to welcome a new day, as a refreshing drink to cope on a hot afternoon, or as an after dinner alternative, this mango smoothie is perfect for any occasion.

The following ingredients are to make 4 cups of smoothie.

Ingredients:

250 ml of milk
1 cup of Greek yogurt, natural flavor, vanilla or honey
1 ½ cups of ice cubes
1 Cambur (if frozen, do not add ice cubes)
1 mango, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
Chia seeds (optional)

preparation:

You will need to peel the mango, cut it in half and remove the bone (the pepa). Then cut it into small pieces and add it to the blender.

Peel the banana and add it to the blender, along with all the other ingredients. Mix everything to the highest potency, until the ingredients are completely crushed.

Serve the smoothie in glasses and sprinkle with no chia seeds on top, you can even put a few pieces of chopped if you wish.

Recipe notes:

If you do not have Greek yogurt on hand, you can use a normal yogurt. The result was not so creamy, since the texture of Greek yogurt makes it more like a smoothie, than a healthy drink.

The secret ingredient of the shake is that which is on the edge of the ice, which in that case should be removed ice cubes. It acts like ice cream when used in smoothies. It does not affect the final taste too much, which allows the protagonist fruit to shine, but provides an ideal texture to make it super creamy.
