One of easy ways to use big harvest of grape is to cook very easy grape jam. Its recipe is very simple and the following:
Wash grape, ...
remove the stems and put it into the pot.
Heat the pot and boil the grape about 10 minutes on a little fire. Don’t add the water since water after washing of grape, and its juice which will appear during heating give enough of liquid.
Then you should do the biggest part of work – to press the grape pulp through a sieve into a bowl.
After that weight the liquid and add sugar in proportion 1 kilo of sugar to 1,2 kilo of grape. Put the pot on the stove again, wait of boiling, and boil them at least one hour over a low heat.
Then fill jars,...
close them with lids, turn upside down, wrap with plaid, and wait of cooling.
That is all and you are a hero – creator of the perfect autumn's taste : D

never had grape jam, it's not a tradition here in northern Europe
