Yes, Fasting is beneficial for health. I like to say that this a yearly plan of diet on the journey to have a healthy life, lose weight, good body shape. whatever you say.
If anyone fasting for a month the weak and dead cells are destroyed by the strong cells in our body. After a while when the strong cells cannot get enough energy it start to destroy the weak and dead cells. Specialists say the those weak and dead cells creates cancer.
